You are invited to design a T-shirt for Ringel Eye Care. The winning design will be printed on T-shirts for children and teens who visit the office.
The Ringel Eye Care staff will pick a winner based on:
*Creativity and originality (related to eyes and eye care)
*Design appeal for children and teens
*Easy to print on a T-shirt
How do you enter?
Submit your T-shirt design (up to 3 entries per person) by June 15, 2017 to the Ringel Eye Care office (1003 Harrison Ave, Suite 100, Harrison, OH 45030) or email to info@ringeleyecare.com. Include your name, age and phone or email.
The Ringel Eye Care staff will select a winner on or before July 1, 2017. No purchase necessary. Relatives of Ringel Eye Care employees are not eligible to participate. The winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.
